Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders ship from Oakton, Virginia.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping: $8.00. Orders of $70.00 or more ship free with standard shipping.
Express shipping: $15.00.
The shipping options available for your order, and their estimated delivery dates, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Local pickup
You can choose free local pickup at checkout and collect your order from Kaizen Fairfax, 3950 University Dr, Unit 103, Fairfax, VA 22030. Pickup orders are usually ready within an hour, and we’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect.

Order confirmation and tracking
You’ll receive an order confirmation by email after you place your order, and a shipping confirmation once your order ships.

Address accuracy
Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@breakfallma.com and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost, damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact us at support@breakfallma.com with your order number so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
