Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.
How much is shipping?

Standard US shipping is $8, and it's free on orders of $70 or more. Need it faster? Express shipping is $15. You'll see the options and estimated delivery dates at checkout.
Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout to collect your order from Kaizen Fairfax, 3950 University Dr, Unit 103, Fairfax, VA 22030. Orders are usually ready within an hour, and we'll let you know when yours is ready.
Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Shop Pay Installments lets you split eligible purchases into 4 interest-free payments at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Email support@breakfallma.com to start a return.
Can I exchange for a different size?

The fastest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the size you need.
When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
Are any items final sale?

Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. See our refund policy for full details.

Products & sizing

How do I choose my size?

Check the size chart on each product page. If you're between sizes, contact us with your measurements and we'll help you choose.
How do Breakfall rash guards fit?

Our rash guards have a compression-style fit with 4-way stretch fabric, designed to move with you without riding up.
How should I wash my gear?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors, and hang to dry. This keeps the fabric and graphics looking sharp.
When will Coming Soon products be available?

These designs are in production now. Open the product and sign up with Notify me, or join our email list, to be the first to know when they drop.
